These terms explain how the public information, booking and panel-arrangement services may be used.

This site provides information about Edward Crouch IP and tools for case tracking, availability, meeting booking and panel arrangement. It does not provide legal advice and does not replace the statutory responsibilities or decision-making of a local authority.
Users must provide accurate contact and scheduling information, use links only for their intended purpose and avoid entering unnecessary personal or sensitive information. The service must not be used unlawfully, to impersonate another person, to disrupt the site or to make abusive or automated bookings.
Published availability can change. An Investigator reservation is a temporary diary hold and is not confirmation of an instruction. A commissioning-calendar meeting is confirmed only when the service displays a confirmation and the relevant calendar and email notifications have been issued.
Where enabled, the service uses Google Calendar to check availability and to create, update or cancel meetings. The private case tool can also search recent Gmail messages when Edward expressly requests an import for a selected Local Authority. Google services may send separate calendar invitations and are subject to Google’s own terms. Temporary interruption of a third-party service may delay an update, notification or import.
Panel-planner responses are used to help a Complaints Manager identify a workable date and panel membership. Submitting availability does not guarantee selection. The verified Complaints Manager remains responsible for the final arrangement and any further instructions to participants.
Reasonable care is taken to keep the service secure and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Users should retain important confirmations and contact Edward Crouch IP or the relevant Complaints Manager if an urgent change is not reflected online.
